If you are planning on selling or leasing your unit, an application needs to be filled out by your potential buyer or renter. The cost of
processing an application is $150. Please allow at least 30 days for the application to be processed and the Board to approve the
application. Additional information can be found on the first page of the application packet. The Executive Summary provides much of
the information that your realtor or new buyer may ask you. The Declaration and the Amended and Restated By-Laws can be found on
