CLUB ROOM RESERVATIONS:
The Club Room is available for use exclusively by Regency House residents. If you would like to reserve the Club Room for a party or
gathering, please contact the office, at 276-8599, to confirm the availability of your requested date and time. In order to complete your
reservation, a Club Room Reservation Form will need to be submitted to the office, accompanied by a $500 Damage Deposit. There is a $75
Club Room Fee that will be charged to your monthly statement. Additional information regarding the use of the Club Room may be
found on the Club Room Reservation Form.
