REMODELING INFORMATION:
If you are planning on doing some remodeling in your unit, please contact the office, at 276-8599, for more information. When completing
the work on their own, Unit Owners must also comply with certain requirements; the office can provide this information. In addition, not
all contractors are aware of special regulations regarding construction or remodeling in high-rise buildings. The Contractor Agreement
needs to be filled out and signed by both your contractor and yourself and returned to the office two weeks prior to beginning any work
in your unit. Please include a copy of the remodeling plan.
